Implementation
Workpiece: Diamond profile rollers with up to approx. 200 mm length
Machining
- Free grinding and rolling up of the diamond dressing wheels
- Grinding of a sample piece or microsection – for profile measurement via coordinate measuring machine
- If necessary: Regrinding of the diamond dressing wheel profile in assembled state
Features of GST machines
- Possibility of 1 or 2 processing stations for different workpiece holders within the machine
- Test piece holder for test grinding on a sample piece for checking the wheel contour on the measuring machine
- Monitoring by camera in the machine interior is possible
- Variable input masks for dressing strokes, automatic search by acoustic emission, test piece processing & menu-guided setup
