Commissioning, software and teleservice
GST machines are commissioned at our factory, where state-of-the-art measuring technology is available on site. The final acceptance test will be carried out at the customer’s site by our service team and will ensure successful production.
GST has its own in-house software team that creates customised machine programs to meet your specific requirements.
Support of the machine control is possible via remote maintenance.
Spare parts
We supply spare and wear parts for GST machines, as well as for machines from other manufacturers.
Since customer satisfaction also has top priority in spare parts management, our technical service checks your spare parts request for plausibility and advises you on the replacement of parts. Oft It often makes sense to replace wearing parts right away, which allows you to optimise the service life of your machines well in advance.
On request, spare and wear parts can also be installed on your site.
Annual maintenance
Regular inspection and maintenance are essential for reliable production and prevent machine downtimes and production losses. Wear and any other weak points can thus be detected and remedied in good time.
GST also provides maintenance for products of other manufacturers and for all kinds of machine tools.

Training
Effective training in the proper operation and maintenance is the best foundation for a long machine life and a smooth production process. Your technical staff will receive comprehensive training in programming, maintenance and operation, enabling them to make the most of your machine’s performance potential. Training courses can be held at your premises as well as at the GST site.
